This course introduces the ICAM (Incident Cause Analysis Method) root cause investigation methodology. Learners gain a foundational understanding to improve investigation outcomes. Although line managers and supervisors may not be involved in carrying out the investigation they need to understand the process and their obligations, including securing scenes, providing evidence, and implementing corrective actions.
