This course equips learners with the knowledge and skills to explain work permit procedures and requirements, ensure the need for a work permit is properly identified, and prepare the worksite accordingly.
Learners gain the ability to issue work permits, monitor and close permits, and audit work permits effectively.

- Those who have been or are going to be authorised to issue permits on behalf of their PCBU.
- Ideally students should have a sound understanding of the risk assessment process, understand their company specific permit to work procedures and be aware of site-specific risks.
