This course helps ensure that learners remain competent by conducting competency assessments. These assessments confirm that, post-course, knowledge and skills are effectively applied in the workplace. By completing this verification, organisations can ensure that correct procedures are consistently followed.
The course includes observation and verbal questioning, designed to have minimal impact on workplace operations. It may also identify any training gaps. Employers commonly use the VOC as part of return-to-work programmes or post-incident evaluations to ensure skills remain current.
Ensure that staff remain competent after completing their original training.
